Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026
Method Web Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through methodwebstudio.com, our inquiry forms, and our client portal; how we use it; and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Contact and inquiry details, including your name, email, phone number, business name, website, and project notes.
- Client-account information, project messages, uploaded files, approvals, appointments, and support requests.
- Billing records such as invoice status and transaction references. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Method Web Studio.
- Basic technical and usage data, such as browser type, pages visited, referral source, and approximate location, when analytics are enabled.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver services, operate the client portal, send service-related updates, process payments, maintain security, improve the website, and meet legal or contractual obligations. A phone number submitted through an inquiry is used for project-related contact, not unrelated marketing.
When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help us host the website, operate the portal, deliver email, measure performance, process payments, or provide professional services. Those providers may include Lovable, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Google Analytics, and Stripe. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our clients, business, or systems.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies for authentication and security and analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic. You can limit nonessential cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account or portal features from working correctly.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, our client agreements, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual limits. You may unsubscribe from optional email through the link in that message. Service-related messages may still be necessary while a project or account is active.
Children and policy updates
Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
